Summary

Common high-voltage motors mainly include the basic series, including a total of 3 series: Y series, YKK series, and YKS series. The Y series is a basic series, with a protection grade of IP23, and the rest of them are above IP44. The motor is a square box type steel plate welded structure, which is divided from top to bottom. Different cooling devices are configured above the main body of the motor to form self fan cooling, air/air cooling, and air/water cooling modes. The motor has light weight, good rigidity, beautiful appearance, and convenient maintenance.

The stator winding adopts VPI integral immersion process, effectively improving insulation strength and moisture resistance. Both squirrel-cage rotors and cast aluminum rotors adopt a heat jacket process to improve the overall rigidity of the rotor. The main structural components are all subjected to stress relief annealing treatment to reduce deformation after processing. There are two types of motors: rolling bearings and sliding bearings, depending on the power and rotational speed of the motor.
